At Condemned Labz, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
